Join us for an industry tasting event to enjoy the beauty of Niigata prefecture. Sake tasting from Kirinzan brewery, a historic sake brewery with over 170 years of history is available, and unique crafts such as Nakano Kagaku’s metallic spoon collection “As It is” and Grokusen-do’s award-winning hand-hammered copper wares will be showcased. Finger food will be provided by restaurant Kajitsu.
