I will tell you all good reasons why we should have fermented food in out diet to keep us healthy and beautiful. Also in this seminar, I am introducing “Amazake” a traditional summer drink which is a HUGE TREND in Japan right now. It has so much goodness in it, it is litaraly a DRINKABLE BEAUTY ESSENSE!
