Let’s celebrate National Sake Day by blind tasting your favorite sakes!

For Soul of Sake we will offer 3 different sets of blind tastings each for $16:

North Japan Flight (Hokkaidō and Tohōku regions)
Central Japan Flight (Kantō and Chūbu regions)
South Japan Flight (Chūgoku, Shikoku, and Kyūshū regions)

Each blind tasting will come with 3 different sakes and a tasting grid to guide you on the blinds and if guessed correctly guests will receive special prizes such as sake teungui, cup sake and special sake gifts from certain breweries.

Not only will we have blind tasting but we will open premium bottles and serve by the glass for one day only including breweries like Katsuyama and Dashichi.
