We know how delicious Nanbu Bijin sake is, but have you ever wondered why their sake is so good? Maybe it’s because of the rice, or water or yeast? What is the difference between their sake and others brands? How do they maintain the quality that allows them to be an award winning sake brewery. Well this is your chance to  meet and ask the master brewers “Toji” Matsumori san and Tamakawa san! 

 

We will have some very limited vintages of Nanbu Bijin sake to taste and we will discover different food pairings with luxurious ingredients from Urbani Truffles, caviar and high-end uni.
