Sake Caliente Workshop Vol. 2

We are excited to hold [Sake Caliente Workshop Vol 2] at NYC’s first sake brewery Brooklyn Kura with special guest Yuzo Kuji, the younger brother of Kosuke Kuji and 5th generation president of Nanbu Bijin Brewery. This will be the second time to host Yuzo san at Brooklyn Kura featuring his sake with his special expertise in warm sake.

We will introduce 6 kinds of “Yuzo Special” sake labels which are super rare selections of sake in the US market and are completely different styles that the namesake Nanbu Bijin. For this special evening we will be blending, mixing and offering unique ways to serve Yuzo Special along with Nanbu Bijin All Koji Vintage. We would also like to offer guests a chance to try 2 Brooklyn Kura sakes as well. Food will be catered by “Izakaya” Restaurant from Manhattan with appetizers and their signature Katsu Sando!
